American Liberty French Toast
A Delicious French Toast with a American Twist!

  1. 8 extra-large eggs
  2. ½ cup eggnog
  3. 2 tablespoons Brandy
  4. 1 cup whole milk
  5. 8 tablespoons of sweet unsalted butter (more for servin
  6. g if you wish)
  7. 1 loaf of soft French bread (15-18 inches) cut into ¾
  8. inch slices
  9. 1/3 cup of oil (olive, corn, or vegetable)
  10. One can of real whipped cream
  11. One jar of Mad Mike’s Blueberry Spread
  12. One jar of Mad Mike’s Raspberry Jalapeno Jam
  13. Maple syrup for serving
  14. Small jar of red and blue cake sprinkles
  1. In Large mixing bowl beat eggs, add in eggnog, brandy,
  2. and milk till fully mixed
  3. Using a large skillet, add the oil and eight tablespoo
  4. ns of butter, heat on medium heat till
  5. sizzling.
  6. Dip bread slices individually into egg mixture to coat, ge
  7. ntly add three at a time to the hot oil
  8. Cook until golden brown on both sides then transfer to
  9. paper towels (small end slices perfect for
  10. kids).
  11. Align three slices on plate, dust with powdered sugar.
  12. On the left hand slice add generous dollop of the Red
  13. Raspberry Jalapeno Jam. On the right
  14. hand slice add generous dollop of the Blueberry Spread
  15. . On the center slice add mound of
  16. whipped cream then lightly sprinkle with red and blue c
  17. ake sprinkles.
  18. Serve with maple syrup on the side.
