Zeek’s Apple Pie A-la-Mode

Look Ma, no crust! The flavors of seasonal sweet apples baked lovingly with cinnamon and clove harken back to the pies grandma used to bake. Serve with your favorite cookie or add an artisanal finish to cake and even pork chops. A dessert sauce as American as- well, you know. It’s so delicious we named this dessert sauce after one of our grandson’s.
