Mad Mike’s Tri-Pepper Sausage is our best seller. This lean pork sausage is made with cracked black pepper, red bell pepper, and a little green jalapeno pepper, then hickory smoked with brown sugar. Not hot and spicy this sausage is definitely “sweet and sassy”! Great on a roll with onions and peppers, diced up with eggs or diced up on a salad!
